“Angela Mannino’s feisty maid-of-all-trades sparkled above the staff with acrobatic ease” said Opera News’ Mark Thomas Ketterson of her last minute debut on opening night as Blonde in The Abduction from the Seraglio at Lyric Opera of Chicago.  Since completing her tenure as a member of Lyric Opera of Chicago’s Patrick G. and Shirley W. Ryan Opera Center, Soprano Angela Mannino returned to Lyric last season for Parsifal singing the First Esquire and a Flowermaiden.  Other major house debuts include the 15 Year Old Girl in Lulu at the Metropolitan Opera and Papagena in The Magic Flute at Dallas Opera.
